This group is designed to help women with their unique challenges. Discover time for yourself with other women in a safe and fun environment. We will start with learning about a topic and move into a highly interactive discussion. Bring your thoughts and self-care challenges. Leave with ideas on how to take your self-care to the max.
We meet in-person in the Duluth/John's Creek and Marietta, Georgia areas.
