Continuing the nutritional series of sugar-fat-salt, this month we will focus our attention on fat. We love the way it makes our food taste so creamy and yummy. We hate the way it adheres to our hips, thighs, and arteries. Join us this month to learn how to butter up (or down) your inner senses, make healthier choices, and not feel deprived.

The mission of this group is to share ideas, resources, and tips while supporting you in your Self-Care growth. We invite you to contribute your own stories, tips, and inquiries as well. And best of all, you get to be coached around the topic of the month.
